Best Practices:

1. Shaping the Youth for the welfare of society: Youths are the main pillar for the growth and development of any country. Indigenous-shaped youths can build up a strong and developed nation by utilizing their enormous amount of energy, dedication, and enthusiasm toward the welfare of mankind. This can be accomplished with the vision and mission of the NCC and NSS wings of the college. Several welfare programs on various issues of social and environmental significance were organized by them which solved the problem of society and alleviate their sufferings. They have initiated so many Programs in the village for its all-around development. Many other programs like plantations, blood donation camps, gender issues, aids/ health awareness and hygiene, sanitary, election voting awareness, and many more were organized by NCC cadets and NSS volunteers. Various programs based on cleanliness and health, different Rallies, and other awareness programs were organized in the villages, especially in the Paswan tola. The College always aims to inculcate and embed a sense of social responsibility toward the holistic development of society.

2: Clean and green campus: The college realizes the value of a clean, green, and safe campus for creating a healthy, pleasant, and fearless environment. This leads the staff and students to perform with excellence all around. The college has a beautiful campus which leads to the first sight attraction for the students, teachers, society, etc. The college always take sincere efforts in the Swachchhata programs organized by Govt. of India under the Swachh Bharat Mission. The college administration put conscious efforts into maintaining the cleanliness and greenery of the campus. The college plants several trees and flowers from time to time on campus. Under the Govt. For the Bihar program “Van Mahotsav”, hundreds of plants were planted on the campus. A large campus is opened for the students, staff, and people of the area for morning walks and jogging. The campus is completely plastic-free. There are good sitting arrangements in the field for resting and water coolers with RO machines for clean drinking water. The security of the campus is of prime importance to the institution. The security service is managed by the administration of the college. The monitoring of security is conducted meticulously and professionally. There is a network of security CCTV cameras all over the campus for any misshapen. The police station is very near to the college campus and prompt response always plays a supportive role to make the campus fearless.
