1) The College has a building committee that supervises the maintenance of infrastructures like buildings, classrooms, laboratories, etc. The building committee is headed by the Principal who in turn monitors the maintenance work. 

2)The Purchase Committee meets as per requirement in a year to take note of the equipment, furniture, instruments, etc. needed in laboratories, sports, computer labs, smart rooms, and others. It calls for quotations from different organizations and purchases goods from the best bidder.

 

3) Sufficient staff is employed to meticulously maintain hygiene, & cleanliness of infrastructures on the campus to provide a pleasant learning environment. Classrooms, Staff rooms, Seminar halls Laboratories, etc are cleaned and maintained regularly by the staff assigned to each building. Washrooms, Common rooms, and restrooms are also well maintained. Dustbins are placed on every floor and entrance. The Greenery of the campus is well maintained by a full-time staff.

 4) Optimum working condition of all properties/equipment of the campus is ensured through annual maintenance by the college contractor. The college contractor's purview includes maintenance of Generators, Air Conditioners, CCTV cameras, and Water Purifiers. Apart from contract workers, the college has trained in-house electricians and plumbers.

5) Lab assistants under the supervision of the System administrator maintain the efficiency of the college computers and accessories.

6) Parking facility is well organized. It is efficiently maintained by the college. 

7) The campus maintenance is monitored through surveillance CCTV Cameras. 

8) Every department maintains a stock register for the available equipment, chemical, and glassware. 

9) Proper inspection is done and verification of stock takes place at the end of every year. 

10) The civil and electrical work is adequately monitored and maintained by the Estate office. 

11) Periodic reporting on requirements of repairs and maintenance is submitted by the HODs to the Administrative office. The requirements are collectively processed in every session break to keep things ready for the new session. 

12) Pest control of library books and records is done every year by the maintenance department. 

13) Estate office manager and his team are involved in the maintenance of infrastructure facilities. This team looks after the regular maintenance of civil works such as furniture repairs, masonry and plaster works, painting, carpentry, plumbing, and housekeeping. 

14) The non-teaching staff is also trained in the maintenance of science and computer equipment. 

15) The Estate office workers look after the maintenance of restrooms, approach roads, and the neatness of the entire premises. 

16) Housekeeping services are regularly executed and monitored.
